We are based in the South West and have consulting venues in:
Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Bristol, Cardiff and London.
The Group was formed in 2000 with highly experienced consultants each preparing multiple reports each month. We are committed to providing an efficient service in supplying each instructor with a report prepared by a surgeon who specializes in each client’s injuries.
We provide independent reports for claimants, defendants and on a joint instruction basis.
Service
We adhere to strict service level agreements:
- Instruction letters are processed within 2 – 3 days of receipt, informing the client and the instructor of the appointment.
- Waiting times are kept as short as possible, arranging additional clinics to meet demand when required.
- Client Instruction letters containing complete medical records for review are seen within 4 – 6 weeks.
- Clients are examined in a timely manner at private medical facilities.
- Specialist reports are despatched within two weeks of the clients’ consultation.
- We can source medical records on request.
- Urgent appointments can be arranged on request.
